On Saturday, March 22nd,
2014, SaskWITT will be hosting the Provincial gathering for our
members. We are very excited to share with you the new initiatives that the
Executive Board plans to implement over the coming year. The event will again
be held at:
Room 1130
SIAST Wascana Campus
4500 Wascana Parkway
Regina
Time: 9:30
am – all day event
There
is an agenda on the reverse of this page outlining our activities for the
day. Please plan to spend the whole
day with us participating in an information session, an Annual General
Meeting, an interactive workshop, good food and an evening social.
We will be able to provide some financial support for travel. Some local WITT women are able to provide
rooms in their homes for billeting. We
are able to provide lunch, however, due to financial constraints supper costs
will not be covered this year. We
encourage you to car pool and can provide you with the names of women who live
in your region. If you can obtain
subsidy money from your employer for gas, meals, or accommodation, please do
so. If your employer requires a letter,
please let us know the details. It will
help us financially if you can drive another member or share a room.
